YouTube पर लाखों लोग अपने Skills के माध्यम से वीडियो अपलोड करते हैं। YouTube पर बहुत सारे कैटेगरी के वीडियो अपलोड होते हैं जैसे ज्ञान, मनोरंजन और रचनात्मक आदि बहुत सारे Content अपलोड होता है। लेकिन अगर इस मंच पर स्वतंत्र हो तो आपको जिम्मेदारियां भी आती हैं। यूट्यूब की बहुत सारी नीतियां है जो की इस प्लेटफार्म को सुरक्षित रखता है और सकारात्मक बनाए रखने के लिए लागू की जाती है। इन्हीं में से एक यूट्यूब की “Circumvention Policy” हैं जिसे हिंदी में परिहार नीति कहते है।
यह नीति उन लोगों के लिए बनाई गई है जो की यूट्यूब के गाइडलाइन को पालन नहीं करते हैं यूट्यूब को धोखा देने की कोशिश करते हैं। तो आज हम Circumvention Policy के बारे में विस्तार पूर्वक समझेंगे —
YouTube पर Circumvention Policy क्या हैं?
अगर कोई क्रिएटर यूट्यूब पर जानबूझकर यूट्यूब के गाइडलाइन को फॉलो नहीं करता और वह यूट्यूब को धोखा देने की कोशिश करता है तो उसके चैनल पर सख्त कार्यवाही की जा सकती है। तो यह Circumvention Policy माना जाएगा।

Banned या Terminated चैनल के बाद फिर से एक नया चैनल बनाना:
अगर पहले आपका YouTube चैनल किसी पॉलिसी Violation की वजह से डिलीट हुआ हो और आपने फिर से बिना किसी permission के चैनल बना लिया तो ये Policy Circumvention है | -
दुसरे Name या Device से YouTube चैनल बनाना, जबकि same वही person हो:
अगर आप Device, IP या Account बदलकर दुबारा से YouTube पर आते हो , तो YouTube का AI तुरंत आपको Track कर लेता है | -
Strike आने के बाद दूसरा YouTube चैनल बनाना और Same Content डालना:
अगर आप ऐसा करते हो तो ये भी Circumvention माना जाता है | YouTube का System बहुत ज़्यादा Smart है – वो तुरंत Content, IP या Device सब Detect करता है |
Circumvention Policy की निम्नलिखित गतिविधियां —
- अगर कोई क्रिएटर यूट्यूब के गाइडलाइन का पालन ना करते हुए वह यूट्यूब के गाइडलाइन का उल्लंघन करता है और उसका चैनल डिलीट कर दिया जाता है और क्रिएटर बंद किए गए चैनल का सामग्री लेकर नया चैनल बनता है तो यह Circumvention Policy माना जाएगा।
- अगर कोई क्रिएटर यूट्यूब पर कोई थर्ड पार्टी एप्लीकेशन से सब्सक्राइबर और व्यू बढ़ता है और यूट्यूब के गाइडलाइन का उल्लंघन करता तो यह इस नीति के खिलाफ माना जाएगा।
- अगर कोई व्यक्ति अपनी असली पहचान छुपाकर गलत वीडियो अपलोड करता है तो यह भी इस नीति के खिलाफ माना जाएगा और आपका चैनल बंद हो सकता है।
- अगर आप किसी चैनल पर या अपने चैनल पर वीडियो अपलोड करते हैं और वह किसी कारणवश यूट्यूब डिलीट कर देता है तो आप उसे किसी अन्य चैनल या अपने ही चैनल पर वही वीडियो अपलोड करते हैं तो यह Circumvention Policy कहलाता हैं।
यूट्यूब ऐसा क्यों करता हैं?
YouTube पर Circumvention Policy इसलिए लाया है कि जितने भी क्रिएटर हैं उनके चैनल को सुरक्षित बनाए रखना, फर्जी और हानिकारक सामग्री के क्रिएटर से रक्षा करना, नियम का उल्लंघन करने वालों को रोकना आदि। हमारे कहने का मतलब है कि आपका चैनल इस पॉलिसी के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रहेगा।
Circumvention Policy का Solution क्या है ?
अगर आपका पहला YouTube चैनल Terminate हुआ हो तो:

Termination के 30 दिन के अंदर आप अपील कर सकते हो अगर आपको लगता है कि यूट्यूब में ऐसा गलती से हुआ है तो आपका चैनल वापस आ सकता है | -
Family/friends के नाम पर चैनल बनाना भी रिस्की होता है अगर आप Same डिवाइस या Same आईपी एड्रेस का Use करते हो |
